Rep. Paul Gosar wants to end a federal program he says puts American graduates at a disadvantage.
The Arizona Republican reintroduced the Fairness for High-Skilled Americans Act, a bill aimed at terminating the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program. The program allows international students to work in the U.S. for up to three years after completing their studies.
